On Wednesday January 18th, 2012 there were five volunteers Guy Joplin, Hurley a couple formerly from Kitchener Waterloo area, Robert a staff from the Downtown Mission and me. We were arm in arm rearing to go to feed and keep everyone warm. The whole idea behind the Out of the Cold Program and All Saints’ commitment to it, is to keep people off the streets between the hours of 6:00p.m. and 9:00p.m.
